THE CHALLENGE
Bahge is a line of luxury duffel bags, backpacks and accessories made in the UK. Founder and Chief Creative Officer Richard B launched the brand from her spare bedroom in her home in Birmingham UK and the brand has skyrocketed ever since. Today, Bahge sells large amounts from their e-commerce website, bahge.com. Bahge came to the SMN team in need of a comprehensive social media strategy, wanting to increase brand awareness and compete with their competitors on social media.

OUR SOLUTION
Social Media Nexus launched a full-scale overhaul of their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages. Creative, on-brand content and messaging were key in telling the story of the brand and building a loyal and engaged audience. We ran targeted Facebook ad campaigns based on their budget to grow a relevant fan following and potential new customers. We used a similar strategy on Instagram. Contests were the final piece of the strategy, furthering engagement, piquing consumer interest in the brand and building customer loyalty, while also allowing us to collect e-mail addresses for their marketing efforts.
